1. Decide on the preferred appointment date and time for our Support Team to pay your residence / office a visit.
2. Give us a call. Our friendly Support Team are very obliged to accept calls from you.
3. Provide us with the details / nature of the problems.
4. If possible, refrain from using the PC or laptop before our arrival.
5. Have the installation CDs that come with the PC or laptop upon purchase, ready if there is any.
6. Relax and carry on with your daily lifestyle. Let us solve the problems for you.
Note: Please be advised that certain computer problems require the system to be brought back to our workshop due to the need for complex machines / equipments in solving the problems.
