Procedures Prior to On-Site Services

1. Decide on the preferred appointment date and time for our Support Team to pay your residence / office a visit.

2. Give us a call. Our friendly Support Team are very obliged to accept calls from you.

3. Provide us with the details / nature of the problems.

4. If possible, refrain from using the PC or laptop before our arrival.

5. Have the installation CDs that come with the PC or laptop upon purchase, ready if there is any.

6. Relax and carry on with your daily lifestyle. Let us solve the problems for you.

We provide affordable, technical services capable of restoring your laptop / notebook PC back to its original working state. We specialize in hardware repair for your laptop, notebook or tablet PC. Have a problem with your power jack? Missing keys or spilled liquid on your laptop's keyboard? Mistakenly break your laptop's LCD screen? Repeated blue screens?

All you have to do is to allow us to collect your damaged / non-working laptop from your residence or office. Once back in our office, we will analyse the problems and contact you with the diagnostic results, the cost of parts and labor. Once you approve of the repair, it will be fixed right away (it takes us 3-5 working days on average) and delivered back to you.

Ans: Laptops can be difficult to get apart and reassemble and even when we have them apart, all the components are only exclusively available to the manufacturers and can be difficult to obtain.

That said however, we have successfully repaired laptops on many occasions due to the help of our laptop hardware suppliers. With such good relationships, we manage to drive down the cost of our laptop repairs, as compared to the charges of the respective manufacturer's service centres.
