I am pleasantly surprised by the service rendered by Cube3. I emailed so many PC repair companies and nonce bothered to reply my email. Cube 3 was the only one which replied and replied within the same day in a few hours.
I needed files retrieval urgently and requested them to come down within the same day and they did even though my request was at an absurd hour at 11pm but I was desperate for help! Cube3 was very kind to come down at such late hour and took back my laptop for retrieval and boy was I surprised! They managed to retrieve all my files within 24hours, next morning they contacted me that it was ready!
Now, what impressed me the most was that my file retrieval service was not one that will pay them a lot of money, to be honest, as I was on tight budget, I asked them if they could do selective retrieval of 1 file only which is crucial so I can pay minimal. Now, Cube3 was so kind to charge me minimal fees and they retrieve my entire harddisk for me.
I am so elated and impressed that I will advertise them to everyone I know, including my clients. I feel that why they stand out from others is because they feel for their clients and put their interest at heart. They really deserved to be commended! Thank you for everything! I appreciate it a lot!

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICEThe customer service provided by Cube3 is indeed superb. They repaired my PC more than a year ago. But they did more than just repairing. They also recommend softwares to protect your system better and optimize my system performance. They are really customer-focused.
The other day, my system ran into some problems again. They dropped by to “visit” my system, and found out that it was a minor problem. They rectify the problem, and once again, checked thoroughly my system for any possible optimization.
This is indeed the kind of customer service that consumers are asking for, and is commendable. Thanks, guys!

GOOD SERVICE, GREAT JOB!I had sent my PC for servicing at a well-known computer shop near my residence. They took several days (more than a week in fact) to complete the job and when I brought my PC back home, the problems were still not fixed. What they did was to just add extra usb ports. Much to my dismay, they did not have a policy of going to their customers' houses to help look into the problems. So I was left with the option of sending it for servicing at another outlet or getting a new PC.
Then I discovered Cube3... Cube3 managed to solve my PC problems effortlessly, and in such a short period of time! Not only do they fix the problems, they managed to make everything speedier.. and also removed all the viruses in my PC! They were also polite, experienced, patient and had a positive mindset of saying, "let us look into it first" instead of saying, "oh, we don't do this" or "I'm sorry it can't be fixed". THE REAL DEALThroughout my 10 years of owning a computer, I had my fair share of problems with it. I had gone to many repair shops and consulted plenty IT technicians. To be frank, I'm a bargain hunter. I would rather seek for the cheapest computer repair services than to pay an extra amount of money for the exact job done.
Honestly, I didn't believe in the existence of after-sales service. Whether you pay hundreds or thousands, these IT people just push blames eg. "We can't do anything. It's Windows limitations..." , "Look for the staff whom you bought the RAM from. We've already fixed your Windows problems" , etc.
Cube3 came into the picture when many shops I went to, couldn't fix certain problems. Although they are not the cheapest, their workmanship is solid. I remember the times when I called them several times a month after they fixed the computer, there were few other problems created by me but they still came down to solve the problems without much hesitation.
A big thank you to Cube3. Because of your exemplary support team, I've stopped searching and have since become a regular in your clientele list. To Cube3: Keep doing what you're doing now and the world will be yours much sooner than you expect it!

Cube3 was my protector ever since high school... Those were them days when viruses and spywares infested my whole system after sessions of downloading. Haha.. All that sh*t landed me grounded by my parents for one whole month before I went overseas... Thanks for explaining to my folks about the danger of saving their cash on opting out from the protection of anti-virus. They didn't believe me in the first place!
I remember one time when I made a call from the office, seeking assistance from you guys when our IT staff were clueless. MY SAVIOURS!!!Hii. What's up, Cube3? I just decided to give you some testimonial! Here's our story, how I met these heaven-sent nice guys and start calling them "SAVIOURS"! It was a long long time ago! First, they were at my friend's house. They're so nice, even when they're servicing my friend's computer, they paid so much attention to my questions on computer. I was like amazed with their patience and attentiveness!
Then my computer started to act weird and Cube3 came after one phone call.. Since then, I keep calling them! I never hear them complaining! It's always that exact anticipation from them when I relate any problems about my computer!!

I know nothing about computer and stuffs. Thus when I face any problem, I would right away call for Cube3; my saviour to help me solve the problem. They are very patient and would do their best to help me. Sometimes, I would feel very bad when I call them whenever I have any problem during late nights so to say I am actually invading their personal time.
But they would just say never mind and tell me the solutions to the problem I faced. I feel very grateful towards them. There are times when some of the problems couldn't be solved through the telephone, they will come to my house personally and solve for me! That is SUPER NICE of them.

EXCELLENT SERVICEMy computer crashed unexpectedly and the nearest computer shop is like, 3 km away. Like knights in shiny armour, they came to my computer's rescue (hahahaha). Working diligently , they brought my dying computer back to life.
